Supervised Visitation facilitates healthy child/parent relationships

What is Supervised Visitation?  Supervised Visitation refers to childrens' contact to a non-residential or non-custodial parent in the presence of a professional visitation supervisor.  Visitation Supervisors are responsible for observing the interactions and ensuring the physical and emotional safety of your child.
What is Supervised Exchange?  Supervised Exchange is where a visitation supervisor is present while parents and/or caregivers meet to exchange children for visitation purposes.
The Purpose:  To provide children with safe, conflict-free access to both parents, and keeping children away from the disputes of their parents or from other positions of risk.  While children and their needs are the focus, there is a significant benefit from our services for both parents.  Supervised Visitation should not come with negative connotaions, but rather, be viewed as a tool to help families through difficult and sometimes transitional times.

We support each parent for a more positive experience with their child in these difficult periods of family development

We may offer positive suggestions, sensitivity and other insights - as tools for consistent interactions that encourage developmentally appropriate practices.

Child's Benefit:  Children gain self confidence and acceptance from both parents without unnecessary tension and strife.  Children are allowed the abililty to maintain a relationship with both parents, which is an important factor in positive adjustments.  Our service also allows children the assurance that they will be able to visit the non-residential parent without stress or worry about the outcome of the visit.  The environment is safe and comfortable.  Your child is the focus and their connection with their parent is vital for their positive growth.
Parent's Benefit:
Custodial Parent:  Contact between you and your former partner is not necessary to ensure your child has access to the other parent.  Your child's visits can occur without fear or intimidation. We will make every effort to accomodate your schedule, but please understand that we serve multiple families and scheduling services may be constrictive.  One of the benefits of our service is that visitation arrangements can be made through us and are meant to alleviate conflict between you and the other parent.  Your willingness to arrange your schedule to fit the times available through the visitation service assists us to put your children's needs first.
Non-Custodial Parent:  You can be assured that your contact with your child does not have to be interrupted because of allegations,  court required services/assessments, or for any other issue.  In the event allegations have been made against you, you may still be able to have access to your child through our service.  When using our services you can also be assured that our supervisors are neutral and objective.
Note:  Supervised Visitation is not for displaced anger against the other parent, the court system, or the unfairness of your situation, or to explain your situation.  We are not responsible for the fact that you are being asked to use a visitation service.  We are here to provide a objective and neutrual professional service.
